MD-One is looking for a full-time Supplement Associate in a busy medical practice in The Villages.

Responsibilities:

Duties include assisting customers with questions on vitamins, supplement products, ordering, receiving, stocking and pricing merchandise.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a vitamin store preferred
  • Have above-average knowledge of vitamins and supplement products
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Flexibility to adapt in a variety of situation
  • Must have advanced attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and have excellent organizational skills is essential
  • Must have basic knowledge and experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  • The potential for prolonged standing, walking, squatting and/or bending
  • The ability to lift up to 15 lbs
  • Occasional high stress when dealing with systems/customers

Responsibilities:

Duties include performing massage therapies to soft body tissues to relieve discomfort from
related symptoms as well as for wellness maintenance and relaxation.

Qualifications:

  • A current and valid state license for massage therapy
  • Prior experience is required
  • Proficient knowledge of reflexology, different modalities like Swedish, hot stone, trigger
    point, sports, and deep tissue massage, etc
  • Flexibility to adapt in a variety of situation
  • Patient-service oriented

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  • Keep massage room well-maintained and clean
  • Assure that work space is in compliance with Department of Health standards
  • Able to stand for extended periods

Responsibilities:

Duties include taking the patient’s vital signs, prepare patients for treatment, document and record medical history, obtain pertinent records and assist in surgical procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in medical field is preferred
  • Have above-average knowledge in Nursing Transcribing & Skills
  • Knowledge in Medication management
  • Flexibility to adapt in a variety of situation
  • Must have advanced attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and have excellent organizational skills is essential
  • Must have basic knowledge in computer operation and experienced typing

Healthcare Partners Family Medicine, a busy medical practice in The Villages is looking for a Full-time Front desk with outstanding interpersonal skills, patience and professionalism when working with patients, doctors and staff.

Responsibilities:

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as necessary
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls promptly
  • Retrieve phone messages and return messages
  • Assist patients on their inquiries
  • Create new patient packets and register patients into the system
  • Enter patient data into the system including scanning of photo IDs and insurance cards
  • Perform insurance verifications
  • Check-in patients
  • Post charges and record no-shows
  • Process payments which includes collection of copays and balances
  • Maintain a clean patient lobby and restock snacks

Qualifications:

  • Strong Customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Flexibility to adapt in a variety of situation
  • Must have advanced attention to detail
  • Able to work flexible schedule
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multitask and have excellent organizational skills is essential
  • Must have basic knowledge and experience with computers, printers and scanners
